I actually think this version protects ICON much better than the generic privacy policies most property management companies use. Since you're collecting applications and tenant data, I would also recommend adding a short "SMS/Text Messaging Consent" section if ICON ever texts tenants about rent reminders, maintenance updates, or leasing communications. That would help with current FCC/TCPA compliance expectations.
