How do I schedule a showing?


You can schedule a showing by calling 330-302-1117 to get a link texted to your cell phone with a list of our available properties. Or you may click the link below

How do I submit an application for one of your properties?


Go to our website at IconMgmt.net and click AVAILABILITY. Once you see the list of properties, we have available. Scroll down until you find the property you are interested in applying for. Click on the APPLY NOW button and this will bring up your application to begin completing. You will be required to upload 30 days’ worth of pay information, your photo ID and supply payment for the background check in the amount of $40. 


If you do not see the property for which you are applying for, you will scroll to the bottom of the list where you will find the listing with our company logo that says APPLY HERE NORTH CANTON OH - this is where you will apply for all other properties not listed. Once you have completed your application, please TEXT your leasing agent to let them know your name and which property you applied for. This information will be relayed to our applications Department to process. 


How long does it take to process my application?


Your application will take about 5-7 days to completely process and for a decision to be made. You will receive a text message from the Applications Department when they begin processing your application. If they need any additional information from you, they will reach out to you via text message. You are welcome to inquire about your application using this text messaging system. Once a decision has been made about your application, you will be notified via the same method.

Yes. You can contact Shawna Byer by TEXTING 330-209-5563 or Rick Geckler by TEXTING 330-904-4704. Please understand they are usually showing houses and can respond by text quicker than a phone call. 


Where do I send additional requested documentation? 


If additional documentation is required, you will be requested to send it in via text message from our applications Department. The documentation can be sent back via the same method.


How long is my application good and can I apply it to other properties on your website?

Your application is good in our system for 30 days. After 30 days has expired, your application will automatically be cancelled, and you will need to reapply. Yes. You may apply your application to any of the properties listed on our website during that 30-day period. You may move your application one time during this period.


Do you take section 8?


Most of our property owners will take the section 8 voucher for their properties. The number of bedrooms on your voucher must match the number of bedrooms of the property you are interested in. You can find this information within the description of the ad on each of the property listings. 


What information do I need to provide for my ESA animals?


Icon Property Management requires a formal letter from your local doctor showing a recommendation for any animals you consider an ESA. We require the letter to specifically state the animal breed. If at any time, a new ESA is allowed under doctor care, you must provide us with additional documentation BEFORE the ESA is acquired.
